To provide guidance to members when participating in leadership roles they are unfamiliar with, we have detailed the responsibilities of each role and templates to work to.

These notes have been compiled by very experienced Swords Toastmaster members and complement the notes in the Competent Leader and Competent Communicator manuals.

Members are encouraged to adopt their own style and what they are comfortable with as these notes are advisory only.
